United We Age Connect
United We Age Connect is a support group program for older adults to share their feelings, worries, and everyday problems about aging, helping one another better cope with quality of life decline.
The program is beneficial for seniors anxious about aging and finality, especially people stricken by the marks of aging (e.g., mobility loss, hearing impairment, chronic pain), serious illness, and life-threatening disease.
We follow a ten-step program that helps older adults live a more graceful and joyful life. Our goal is to improve overall wellbeing and mental health.
The program encourages the practice of positive aging which focuses on positivity, mindfulness, spirituality, acceptance, adaption, appreciation, social interaction, and life balance.
Those struggling with aging, who might be anxious, stressed, sad, or depressed, will have access to a supportive group of peers.

There is no cost—it’s a free intervention to address quality of life issues due to aging.

Support group meetings can take place on a weekly or monthly basis in senior living facilities, 55+ communities, or in a local community center.

Our objective is to help older adults cope with the hallmarks of aging and help them make healthier choices about living which includes their nutrition, diet, exercise, and social interaction.
