United We Age Support Groups
At United We Age we have support groups like United We Age Circle and United We Age Connect.
United We Age Circle
United We Age Circle is a support group program for 55+ adults to share their feelings, worries, and everyday problems about aging, helping one another better cope with quality of life decline.
The program is beneficial for seniors anxious about aging and finality. The support group is for people to speak openly about aging. It is also for people who have a desire to learn and practice positive aging, and to learn about trends and issues on aging.
We follow a program that helps older adults better cope with the marks of aging. Our goal is to improve overall wellbeing and mental health.

The program encourages the practice of positive aging which focuses on positivity, mindfulness, spirituality, acceptance, adaption, appreciation, social interaction, and life balance.
